As a specialized company for mechanical engineering, our mechanical engineers are following manufacturers (OEM’s) guidelines regarding maintenance and repairing of equipment, and trained for ABB, Caterpillar, Daihatsu, Detroit Diesel Company, Deutz, Hitachi-Sulzer, HiMsen-Hyundai, MAN-B&W, MAN-Mitsubishi, MAN-Akasaka, Sulzer and Wartsila Vasa.
All our mechanical engineers are part of engineering mobile teams (riding crews) available for repair and maintenance on a planned or emergency basis 24 hrs. a day, 365 days a year. Offering tailor made solutions, we provide low operating costs by enabling vessel to operate while we are providing our services.
Mechanical engineering;
Main, auxiliary and diesel generator engine’s two or four stroke.
Major overhaul, the unit (cylinder head, cylinder liner, piston, piston rod, top-end bearing, cross-head, connecting rod, bottom-end bearing and main bearing including turbo-chargers and other ancillary parts ) has been "disassembled, cleaned, inspected, parts replaced with OEM’s or repaired as necessary, and reassembled ... and tested in accordance with approved standards and technical data following manufacturers (OEM’s) guidelines and then documented.
Overhaul, the unit (cylinder head, cylinder liner, piston, gudgeon pin , connecting rod and big-end bearing) has been "disassembled, cleaned, inspected, parts replaced with OEM’s or repaired as necessary, and reassembled ... and tested in accordance with approved standards and technical data following manufacturers (OEM’s) guidelines and then documented.
Grinding & Honing, can be performed manually or by machine. We can offer solutions for cylinder head valves & seats, cylinder liners and crankshafts.
Preventative maintenance ensures that vessels is in operation without having to be out of service period whilst works are completed safely to a very high standard. We are workking with our clients to assist them with ongoing maintenance programs providing a service that is designed specifically to individual requirements.
Emergency repair service we are offering quick response assistance to undertake machinery repairs and troubleshooting hot line for assistance.
Surveys, our engineering team is well versed, and has carried out a number of evaluations, refit and repair specifications on behalf of our clients. Offering services like general marine technical reports, equipment failure and efficiency investigations, pre purchase condition surveys and appraisals, audits and inspections, refit and repair specifications, technical planning, evaluation and monitoring.
